1. Products & Personalization

All of our items are handmade and personalized to order. By placing an order, you confirm that all personalization details entered (names, dates, sizes, colors, etc.) are correct. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors once production begins.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production times may vary depending on the item. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.

3. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on personalized products once production has begun.
Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

We will replace or refund items only in the event of:

• Damage during shipping

• A production error on our part

We ship via standard carriers, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses.
