Shipping policy

At Gigi Laser Designs, all of our products are made-to-order and hand-crafted with care. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your items will arrive.

🛠️ Processing Time

  • All orders are made-to-order.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your item ships.

  • Processing time may vary during holidays or sales.

📦 Shipping Time

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier.

Estimated shipping times:

  • U.S. Domestic: 2–6 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)

📮 Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays or lost packages once the order has left our studio. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

🌎 International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Gigi Laser Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
