At Gigi Laser Designs, each product is custom-made with care and personalized just for you. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final once production has begun.

❌ We do not accept:

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Cancellations after production has started

✅ We only offer replacements or refunds if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• There is a defect or mistake on our part

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the item

• Your order number

• A description of the problem
